Eligibility
We make no capital charge

About this property
All studios have an ensuite bathroom and are unfurnished so that you may bring your own furniture, truly making it a home from home. The house has been specifically designed for us. It is very accessible as it is level throughout, suitable for wheelchair and walker frame users. An on-site house keeper will ensure that the house is warm, comfortable and safe and that the daily meals provided are varied, nutritious and enjoyable.
Abbeyfield house management
The property is managed by Abbeyfield Christchurch Inc. a registered charity. Regular resident meetings give residents an opportunity to contribute to the running of the house. The volunteer, non-profit management helps keep our rent affordable.
