Haymakers' Pie 

Beat together

4 eggs
4 tblsp self raising flour
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups grated cheese
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes

Pour into dish and bake five minutes at 210ºC then turn oven down to 175ºC for one hour.
