Abbeyfield Recipe File



Lay six chops in a single layer in a roasting dish (shoulder chops are good).

Splash generously with sweet chilli sauce and pour over 1 tin of coconut cream.

Cook in oven, covered for one hour then uncover and cook until chops are brown but don't cook away the sauce.  Yummy over mashed potato.
