Abbeyfield houses around the country marked Anzac Day in various ways. While residents and staff were in lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they were still able to remember New Zealanders killed in war and honour servicemen and women. They put up Anzac poppies and wreaths, stood at their front gate at dawn, held special morning teas and some even held their own Anzac Day remembrance service. Below are some photos.
