Man 3/Doc 39 – Workplace bullying policy

Abbeyfield NZ is committed to treating all people with dignity and respect and maintaining a workplace that is free from bullying. The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance to employees and volunteers of Abbeyfield on how to identify and prevent workplace bullying. It is also a framework for the reporting and handling of bullying complaints in the workplace.
